MEAL PREP MONDAYS
6:45 PM - 7:30 PM EST

Join our chef every Monday for meal prep ideas & a live cooking demo to set the stage for the week. Dishes being demoed will come from your weekly meal plan.

TRANQUIL TUESDAYS
8:30 - 9:00 AM EST

This classical pilates format specializes in core stability and strength, alignment and flexibility. No equipemet needed.

NUTRITION TIP TUESDAYS
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM  EST

This class will cover an array of food topics each week from healthy eating, to nutrition tips, detoxing foods and much more!

WARRIOR WEDNESDAY

This class is perfect for a quick challenging workout. This format combines boxing drills, hard hitting HIIT moves and strength.

This class is jam packed with heart throbbing drills, such as cardio kickboxing and HIIT combined with strength training exercises.
