12:15 PM - 1:00 PM EST

This class is perfect to get a complete full body conditioning & fat burning workout. It's designed to improve your endurance, agility and overall strength.

MEAL PREP MONDAYS
6:45 PM - 7:30 PM EST

Join our chef every Monday for meal prep ideas and a live cooking demo to set the stage for the week. Dishes being demonstrated will come from your weekly meal plan.

NUTRITION TIP TUESDAYS
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM  EST

This class will cover an array of food topics each week from healthy eating, to nutrition tips, detoxing foods and much more!

WARRIOR WEDNESDAY
8:15 AM - 9:00 AM EST

This class is guaranteed to strengthen your entire body. It's designed to improve your overall strength, flexibility, balance, core stability and lean muscle tone.

TRY THIS THURSDAYS
6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Each week will focus on a new wellness or nutrition topic, some with surprise special guests with an open format and / or discussion on your programs progress

FITNESS FRIDAYS
8:15 AM - 9:00 AM EST

This class is a full body strength training and conditioning workout. It is designed to burn fat, gain strength & improve muscle tone.
